Hazardous Location Design/Manufacturing

Dycor's expertise includes the design and manufacturing of products intended for use in hazardous locations, such as Class I, Division 2, common in the oil and gas industry. In particular, we design turn-key systems based on our customers’ requirements, utilizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or modified components, as well as custom designed electronics and mechanical assemblies. All hazardous location systems are formally certified by government approved organizations before shipment to our customers.

Examples of systems that we have designed and manufactured include oil rig floor displays, data logger panels, and wireless communication panels with remote charging capability.
